Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Field calls and electronic communications from customers requiring assistance and providing feedback to the company.
- Accurately record all customer calls / electronic communication into the reporting platform on a daily basis.
- Ensure that loyalty card requests are maintained and processed daily and in a timely manner.
- Utilize system tools to research and provide resolution to customers.
- Process gift card orders
- Recognize, document and alert management team of trends in customer calls
Job Requirements :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
The position is an onsite, Sunbury, position. Shifts vary between 8am to 6pm during weekdays and rotating weekends 8am-4 : 30pm.
