Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a well-stocked produce department that meets customer demands.
- Provide excellent customer service by smiling, greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- Unpack merchandise, clean and trim produce, and restock shelves to ensure freshness and accuracy of pricing.
- Build attractive displays and maintain the salad bar and cut fruit/vegetable as needed.
- Follow sanitation guidelines to ensure cleanliness and meet health and OSHA requirements.
- Minimize shrink and control damages by reporting shortages and overages to management.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, breaking-down, and storing deliveries.
- Participate in team efforts to improve job performance and contribute to a smooth store operation.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (in progress).
- No prior experience required.
