To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in management in a retail or restaurant environment, preferably in meat management. A High School diploma or GED is required, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field highly desirable. You should also possess a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
