**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled CT Technician (Part-Time) to join our Radiology team at Weiser Memorial Hospital. Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for serving with integrity, compassion, and excellence while making a lasting impact on our community.
**Job Description**
As a CT Technician, you will be responsible for performing all CT procedures as well as routine diagnostic radiographic procedures for diagnostic purposes. You will demonstrate safe and effective operation of all diagnostic imaging equipment and processes while applying knowledge of principles of radiation safety (ALARA). You will explain procedures to patients, schedule exams, obtain and record patient histories and consent forms as needed. Properly position patients with appropriate devices to obtain desired anatomic position. Select techniques and correct protocols for exams, manipulate reconstructed images to optimally visualize desired anatomy. Review, verify, and evaluate images to ensure technical and image quality prior to sending to the radiologist. Adhere to hospital safety, security, and infection control policies and procedures.

Additionally, WMH offers a room rental program for those who may travel into Weiser for work. Total hours needed is 20. Shifts will be 12 hours on Sundays and 8 hours on Fridays. Salary is competitive with Idaho hospital wages and based on experience.

- Must possess critical thinking skills, pay attention to detail, and be willing to learn.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
