As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving patients' breathing and overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, creating treatment plans, and administering respiratory therapy to manage lung and breathing disorders. Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time available
Compensation: $30-$45 per hour with $7,000 sign-on bonus (A sign-on bonus is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions)

Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, chest physiotherapy, and aerosolized medication therapy
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory disorders and treatment options
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to develop comprehensive patient care plans
Shifts:
- Part-time position between 48-63 hours per pay period
- Days to be worked possible: Monday through Sunday
- Position requests on-call availability for nights and days not scheduled
- Full-time position 64-80 hours per pay period
- Days to be worked: Monday through Sunday
- Position requests on-call availability for nights

Requirements
- Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure required.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
- Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of previous experience in all aspects of cardiopulmonary services preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification or obtain within one year of employment.
- Current NRP certification or obtain within one year of employment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
Salary : $30 - $40
