We are a 236-bed, Joint Commission-accredited facility providing a full range of health care services to meet the needs of our diverse community. This position is considered a Full-Time position at Weiss Memorial Hospital.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed Physician.
Recent completion of an Internal Medicine Residency training.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership qualities.

JOB DUTIES

Administration and clinical supervision of residents in ACGME accredited residency programs.

Teaching in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Ensure the effectiveness of the educational activities of the residency program.

Perform clinical duties based on the needs of the program.

This may include attending meetings, creating schedules, and ensuring the residents fulfill their program's clinical and administrative duties.
