CDL Class B Rolloff Driver

Department : Operations

Reports To : General Manager

Job Summary :

The Class B CDL Rolloff Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a roll-off truck to transport and dispose of waste and recycling materials. This role requires compliance with all DOT, company, and environmental regulations. Drivers must maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities :

Transportation and Operation :

Safely operate a Class B CDL roll-off truck to pick up and deliver containers.

• Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials to avoid damage and spillage.
• Navigate routes efficiently, adhering to scheduled pickup and delivery times.

Safety and Compliance :

Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues.

Other Duties :

Assist in maintaining the yard or facility as needed.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum 1 year of experience operating roll-off trucks or similar vehicles preferred.

Strong understanding of DOT and local driving regulations.
