What You?ll Do:
In this versatile role, you?ll balance working from our service center with visiting customers in the field. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding service to walk-in customers and answering phone inquiries with professionalism.
- Preparing and delivering accurate, timely quotes that meet or exceed profit targets.
- Managing sales orders efficiently and assisting customers with industry-related questions.
- Building relationships with new and existing customers through outbound calls and on-site visits.
- Identifying customer needs and presenting solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Supporting warehouse operations as needed, including loading trucks, fulfilling orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Operating equipment such as saws, shears, and forklifts to assist with order preparation.
- Delivering orders to customers as required, ensuring timely and professional service.
What We?re Looking For:
We?re seeking a motivated sales professional with a mix of customer service and operational skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math proficiency and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand or walk for up to 10 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work off-hours, weekends, and outdoors as needed.
