Wekiva Springs Center has an immediate opening for an Admissions Manager.
The Admissions manger is responsible for assisting the Director of Admissions in directing and overseeing the Admissions Department staff which includes ensuring compliance of local and state regulations regarding admissions of patients into a mental health facility, overseeing the screening of appropriate level of care for potential admissions, and coordinating the admission of new patients in inpatient or outpatient.
Directly supervises a minimum of 8 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The Manager must be a Master Degree Therapist, preferably licensed in the State of Florida as a Behavioral Therapist or an RN. Also, they must have at least 3 years Admissions Experience with 1-year supervisory experience.
