We're seeking an experienced Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator to join our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) team. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us grow our PACE program by successfully enrolling prospective participants into our services.
About the Role
The Outreach Specialist (Health Plan Sales Specialist) is responsible for coordinating outreach and engagement activities in the communities where our seniors live. You'll work closely with community leaders and partners to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to collaborate on generating quality participant referrals that lead to enrollment.
This role demands a sales professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can adapt to new situations quickly. The ideal candidate will have experience working in healthcare or senior care settings and be proficient in technology, including CRM systems like Salesforce.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to engage community organizations, including senior centers, assisted living facilities, and food banks.
- Cultivate relationships with community leaders and partners to secure quality participant referrals.
- Work closely with the MOE Director to develop and execute monthly marketing plans that meet enrollment targets.
- Provide educational sessions about WelbeHealth's services to referral sources in the community.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare administration.
- DHCS training and exam certification as a marketing representative.
- At least two years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and other relevant technologies.
