In collaboration with other interdisciplinary team members, you'll create personalized activity plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of participants for social and therapeutic recreational activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct engagement assessments to establish participant needs, preferences, and goals, actively participating in IDT meetings to develop care plans.
- Develop a comprehensive Engagement Program including individual and group activities, outings, and collaborations with outside organizations.
- Implement and supervise all activities, monitoring enjoyment, appropriateness, and safety.
- Design and post a monthly calendar of engagement activities.
- Cultivate relationships with organizations offering assistance to our program.
