The Director, Compliance Operations is accountable for developing, coordinating and monitoring clinical and PACE elements of the compliance program. Under the direction of the Senior Director, Corporate Compliance, this position provides technical assistance to PACE Organization (PO) compliance committees, investigates compliance concerns, and partners with operational leaders to develop processes and controls for an effective compliance program. The Director, Compliance Operations has a deep understanding of PACE and clinical compliance regulations, and experience implementing and maintaining programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop work plans and oversee the WelbeHealth PACE and clinical components of the compliance program.
- Oversee internal reporting, investigations, inquiries, and education systems.
- Coordinate PACE compliance committees, including monitoring metrics and sharing results to inform committee members.
- Lead a team that assesses and guides central and market-level activities, including process alignment, operational compliance, and KPI oversight.
- Structure projects and programs to ensure policies and procedures are followed, providing outcomes and recommendations to market and central leadership teams.
- Review internal documents and reports to ensure timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, or compliance with regulatory standards.

Salary / Wage base range for this role is $132,181- $158,617 / year Bonus Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
