We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to lead our team at WelbeHealth. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, holistic care to our seniors through our value-based PACE program.

Our PACE program allows our Primary Care Physicians to focus on what really matters – their patients. By building deeper, long-term relationships with fewer patients, our physicians are able to see the impact of their care every day.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or geriatrics. You must also be eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants.
