Welch Equipment is looking for a coordinator to assist the Rental / Used / Service department with various duties seen below.

Description
Welch Equipment is looking for a coordinator to assist the Rental / Used / Service department with various duties, to include;
- Processing rental paperwork with coordination of the Corporate Office
- Inventory controls
- Arrange for delivery and pickups of equipment, maintain delivery log for all departments
- Code and submit Ap invoices
- Manage transportation paperwork with the Corporate Office
- Process all used orders
- Process and coordinate Purchase Orders transactions for used sales
- Process and coordinate trade-ins and scrap inventory and paperwork
- Maintain and invoice Used Equipment orders
- Process warranty information for Used Equipment sales
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory logs
- Accurately track equipment
- Provide timely responses to requests
- Maintain a Work In Process (WIP) according to company policies and expectations
- Assist in marketing efforts for rental and used promotions
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist in receiving new products for distribution / Transferring equipment
- Forklifts/Attachments
- Batteries/Chargers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Microsoft office
- Third party apps for order tracking and equipment logging
- Microsoft Customer Management System (CRM)
- Organized with multitasking ability
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Forward thinking and problem solving skills
- Must be a team player and willing to assist others.
- Skilled in time-management and able to work independently
- Skilled in both written and oral communications within all levels of an organization, internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize work, attention to detail
- Ability to apply sound judgement and reasoning
- Experience in Material Handling industry preferred with experience in truck models and applications
- Must be customer focused both internally and externally
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform moderate physical work, performing such activities as stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, and walking.
