Position Description
The Used Equipment Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and processing used departmental contracts and projects. This position also involves warehouse coordination between dock workers and other departments. Customer Service skills are required to assist us in achieving our motto “Personal Relationships. Elevating Solutions”.

- Compensation Range:$19.00 - $28.00 / hour
A Successful Used Equipment Coordinator will:
- Help field and process used requests
- Source and coordinate shipment of equipment
- Help schedule Dock personnel and track equipment coming in and out of the warehouse.
- Process and log internal paperwork
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory logs
- Accurately track equipment
- Provide timely responses to requests
- Provide administrative and manual support during Annual Physical Inventory
- Will work closely with Used Manager and other used Coordination staff.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience in Material Handling industry preferred with experience in truck models and applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management preferred
- Skilled in time-management and able to work independently
- Skilled in both written and oral communications within all levels of an organization, internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize work, attention to detail
- Ability to apply sound judgement and reasoning
