Job Summary
We're looking for a Maintenance and Technical Services Manager to oversee equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and reliability initiatives at our 24/7 manufacturing facility in Lawton, MI. This role will involve developing and delivering strategic capital projects, managing site parts inventories, and fostering vendor relationships. You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, customer satisfaction standards, and SQF principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver strategic capital projects to improve plant operations and meet business objectives
- Manage site parts inventories and oversee parts management
- Foster vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer satisfaction standards, and SQF principles
- Support the Plant Director in driving plant operational goals and designing technical strategies for utilities and infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 8 years of experience in manufacturing with exposure to environmental compliance and demonstrated project and process management skills
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Risk management experience with an ammonia refrigeration system preferred
