Position Summary:

We are looking for a visionary data architect to spearhead our organization's digital transformation efforts by architecting and managing cutting-edge data systems. In this role, you will be at the forefront of modernizing our data infrastructure, empowering the business to leverage advanced analytics, cloud technologies, and real-time data to make smarter, faster decisions. As a key leader, you will drive the shift to a data-first culture, enabling the seamless integration of new systems into cloud platforms while ensuring data governance, security, and scalability.

Your leadership will be critical in transforming how we handle and interpret data, turning complex datasets into actionable insights that directly contribute to business growth and operational efficiency. By partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll be guiding the deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning models, fueling innovation across the company.

Where You'll Work:

This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives, and collaboration is key.

Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.

What You'll Do:

• Partners closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy as well as cloud data governance, security and compliance.
• Focus on building a modern, connected data ecosystem that accelerates the use of data, analytics and advanced AI using cloud technologies.
• Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of our data management system, and cloud data solutions.
• Continuously monitor emerging technologies and industry trends in data management and analytics space to determine their potential impact on data architecture.
• Serve as the subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance on cloud data management and complex data analytics projects and initiatives. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Become a key member of an exciting on-going digital transformation program.

• Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years experience in data warehousing, data architecture, and 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in Azure technologies, including Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of software architecture, application development
• Knowledge of cloud platforms
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system and platform design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Expertise in one or more programming language(s).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud solution data challenges.
