Provides real time teller assistance to customers from a centralized location through video transmissions. Process a variety of transactions and provide information for customers and non-customers.
Must enjoy face to face video interactions with customers on a consentient basis with a focus on the details.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter, have regular and predictable attendance, possess outstanding customer service skills and have a sense of pride in a job well done.
