Summary:
Mega Thrift is looking for an accountable Store Manager to oversee our Store Operation accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing
leadership for staff in all departments including warehouse, Sales Floor,
Fitting Rooms, and Cashier
- Opening
and/or closing store
- Managing
sales
- Training
and oversight of merchandise on the sales floor
- Providing
excellent customer service not only to our customers but to our staff as
well
- Oversees store promotions
Requirements:
- Experience with visual merchandising is a must
- Availability to work evenings up until 11 PM as well as availability on weekends
- Supervisory experience
- Previous
retail clothing experience
- Cash
handling experience
- Must
be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Will
push, pull, lift up to 50lbs.
- Will
stand for 6 to 8 hours per day
- GED or equivalent to high school graduate
