Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Home Stager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming residential spaces to enhance their appeal and marketability. Your expertise in design and staging will play a crucial role in helping clients showcase their properties effectively, ensuring they stand out in the competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment, possess strong project management skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and staging needs.
• Develop staging concepts and layouts that highlight the property’s best features.
• Source and select furniture, decor, and accessories that align with the staging concept.
• Work efficiently on a team to execute installation of furniture and decor.
• Manage the logistics of staging projects, including scheduling installations and coordinating with vendors.
• Implement lighting design strategies to enhance the ambiance of each space.
• Draft detailed reports on project progress and outcomes for client review.

Experience

• Proven experience in home staging or interior design is preferred.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe, Bluebeam, Revit, 3ds Max, and Sketchup is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to stand for 3-4 hour.
• Stamina for loading or unloading van.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Atlanta, GA 30318: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
