Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Originator located in Hackensack, NJ with some work from home acceptable. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans, evaluating and recommending loan applications, managing the loan application process, and ensuring compliance with banking rules and regulations. Daily tasks include evaluating financial information and assessing the creditworthiness of applicants, coordinating with underwriters to move loans through the approval process, and providing excellent customer service throughout the loan origination process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending
- Experience with Underwriting and Loans
- Strong understanding of finance and associated regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry is a plus (NMLS License is required)
Salary : $60,000 - $281,000
