```Responsibilities:```
- Administer medications to patients following established medication administration procedures
- Document medication administration and any observed side effects accurately in patient records
- Monitor patients for any changes in condition or reactions to medications and report them to the appropriate medical personnel
- Maintain medication inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of medications
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication regarding patient care
- Provide support and assistance to patients with activities of daily living as needed
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized medication administration area
```Qualifications:```
- Candidates with Nurse Delegation preferred
- Previous experience working in a nursing home, assisted living facility, or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with various medication systems
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient privacy
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities, memory care needs, or other specialized care requirements
- Experience working in a medical office or hospital setting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
