About the Role
Reporting into the head of ECP Marketing, the marketing coordinator will facilitate and pull through the following activities on behalf of ECP, Professional Relations, and Consumer Marketing functions:
Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Logistics & Administrative:
- Conga contracting, invoice submissions, budget reconciliation, Consultant Request Forms, Business Needs Assessments, Egnyte organization, manage patient database, coordination of ECP / Patient events at congresses.
- Project management:
- Coordinate and facilitate cross functional (e.g. MLR) and all agency meetings to ensure strategic alignment and project plans are clearly defined.
- Drive the coordination and pull through of print material production and promotional material inventory management.
- Coordinate Field Advisory Board meetings, agendas, recaps.
- Coordinate sales force shipments.
- QC promotional materials/resources in late-stage rounds to ensure MLR feedback is pulled through and processed.
Factors for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant field with 1-3 years of related experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize based on business needs
- Comfortable and clear communication style
- Willingness to dig into details

At Tarsus, we understand the importance of attracting and retaining top talent. The expected base pay range for this position is $65,200 - $91,400 plus bonus, stock equity, and comprehensive benefits. The base pay range reflects the target range for this position, but individual pay will be determined by additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
