SUMMARY: Provide an enriched atmosphere where students learn subject matter and/or skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible members of society. Facilitate learning and guide students toward the fulfillment of their potential for intellectual, emotional and psychological growth and maturation. Provides a well-organized, smooth functioning, information center that supports students as they strive to effectively use information and technology to become productive citizens and lifelong learners. May assist students with software, provide lab skill lessons, and accommodate a wide range of activities, tools and materials. The facilitator is not expected to know all of the SMART Lab technology before starting the position. There will be a training period and ongoing support on both the technology and the curriculum. Responsible to the building principal and department director where assigned.
