Facilities Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, including auxiliary equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and address identified issues promptly.
• Follow established safety protocols, including wearing required PPE.
• Repair machines efficiently to minimize production downtime.
• Supervise and coordinate work with outside contractors.
• Work from prints, plans, sketches, and layouts, with a focus on electrical schematics.
• Use precision measuring equipment and tools effectively.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including motors, transformers, and control panels.
• Diagnose and replace faulty electrical components such as fuses, breakers, wiring, and switches.
• Perform inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Calibrate and maintain sensors, actuators, and other components of automated equipment.
• Assist in designing and implementing electrical improvements or modifications to enhance system efficiency.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on outdoor equipment and systems, as required.
