WeldFit is in search of qualified Infor Cloud Suites, Syteline, ERP Systems Administrator. The ERP System Administrator needs to be personable, hands-on, and willing to help upper management as well as the general workforce. They need to be driven and looking to continue to expand and develop their program reporting. ERP experience, specifically Syteline, is a must. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of Syteline experience (V. 7-10), at least 3-5 years of Mongoose development experience is a plus, and 5 years of SQL experience. It is a plus if the candidate has an extensive background in Syteline reporting and has gone through several implementations. The successful candidate will be the liaison between Syteline and the employees—communicating and training employees on how to use Syteline. In addition, they will develop Standard Operating Procedures for employees. This position facilitates and implements our Syteline System.
Other Duties / Expectations :
- Develop, analyze and maintain the organization’s networks and databases including Enterprise resource planning. This position looks after the purchase of the software and hardware systems and plans proper budget and quotations for the systems.
- MUST have ERP Syteline reporting, or other comparable software experience in a manufacturing environment as well as gone thru several implementations.
- Must have experience implementing Doc-Track, Shop-Track, and Factory-Track.
- Analyze current information systems, perform risk management assessments and propose changes to better the organization’s IT infrastructure.
- Act as a technology consultant to business managers, perform gap analysis to determine required changes to the systems of the organization, create and test scenarios, and design and implement solutions.
- Must have experience creating custom reports, design new form, and customize logic for ERP systems.
- Must be skilled in customizations, implantations, configurations, along with end-user training and support.
- Knowledgeable in development of ERP ecosystems.
- Develop strategies that are to be used in implementation of software and hardware systems in the organization.
- Look after the maintenance of the computer systems and troubleshoot and fix IT problems as they arise.
- Managing outside consultants as well as managing their time.
- Provide training and necessary assistance for the employees involved in the implementation and maintenance of the software systems.
- Train the employees in using information systems and help them understand the configuration of the systems.
