Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of all marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness, engage stakeholders, drive lead generation and promote our product and service offerings effectively to targeted customers. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to lead WeldFit’s positioning and promotional efforts and maintain brand standards both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a desire to develop a wide range of B2B marketing expertise.
Digital Marketing and Analytics:
- Manage the company’s digital presence, including SEO/SEM strategies, email campaigns, and social media marketing.
- Manage the company’s Web site content, ensuring it remains up-to-date and SEO-optimized.
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn marketing efforts to drive engagement
- Monitor communication platforms and recommend new ways to reach our target audience.
Campaign Management and Execution:
- Develop content marketing strategies to showcase the company’s product portfolio and services.
- Manage email campaigns, PPC advertising, SEO efforts, and social media presence to increase brand visibility.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging content for the company Web site, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Assist in management of promotional items program.
Sales Support:
- Track marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and collaborate with sales to optimize the conversion process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to help ensure seamless tradeshow and event execution.
- Distribute WeldFit’s Brand Standards (stylistic guidelines, to include logos, fonts, etc.) to internal teams and ensure customer-facing items properly reference the brand.
- Help to maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of product marketing, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media platforms, Google Ads).
- Growth mindset with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- SEO experience
- Proficiency in or experience with WordPress site management
- Proficiency with word processing software (MS Office Suite REQUIRED
