Compensation :
55,000 - $60,000 base plus bonus opportunities
Responsibilities :
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
- Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
- Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline

Conduct initial client consultations to sell legal servicesOversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal teamFollow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained usMaintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sourcesOur ideal candidate will :
Bi-lingual fluent in Spanish and EnglishUnderstand how to build a relationship with a personShow the ability to interact with different types of personalitiesShow empathy to potential clients and put them at ease during a difficult timeKnow how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting valueDemonstrate exceptional communication skills, both over the phone, via zoom, in person, and in writingThink on their toes and not be discouraged when things don’t go as plannedBe willing and able to quickly learn about new topics (like the immigration and criminal justice systems)Treat a call or meeting at 4 : 30 p.m. on a Friday with the same care and compassion as one on a Monday morningFollow instructions and understand the importance of policies and proceduresBe a team player that consistently acts with respect and integrityBe tech savvy (we use Microsoft products and specialized cloud-based software)Qualifications :
Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by carProven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related fieldUnderstand the sales process and how to enter information into client databasesHigh school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferredSuperb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skillsBilingual in SpanishGreat time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbalUnderstand the sales process and how to enter information into client databasesThe salesperson doesn’t give legal advice, so legal experience is not required.
