About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Nursing Department Director to join our team at Welia Health. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of patient care in various departments, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care possible.
As a Nursing Department Director, you will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, assessing, planning, intervening, reevaluating, documenting, observing, and comparing to established standards. You will also provide oversight to High-Level Disinfection and Sterilization procedures and evaluate, assign, and coordinate nursing activities.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing, with a Master's Degree preferred. You should also have two to five years of nursing experience and previous management experience.
You will be required to have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
