The Role
We are looking for our own Steve Jobs, someone with a vision that combines aesthetics, functionality, and simplicity—a visionary Head of Design UI/UX who will conceptualize, design, and lead the user experience for Welive. ✨✨
Your job? Create the most intuitive, immersive, and visually appealing application, one that will deliver the “wow effect” to captivate both real estate agents and buyers at first glance.

Your Mission
Your primary mission is to create an incredibly powerful tool that will forever change how people view and tour real estate properties:
Craft High-Quality Interfaces
- Design captivating web and mobile experiences (high-fidelity mockups, wireframes) that streamline navigation.
- Build a strong visual identity for Welive (typography, color schemes, overall branding).
Create Unique User Experiences
- Design innovative and intuitive user journeys to make the app simple and memorable to use.
- Add immersive animations and transitions to elevate the experience.
- Develop dynamic video templates for real estate listings with a modern, professional aesthetic.
- Ensure consistency between the digital product and user-generated video content.
Collaborate with the Tech Team
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Oversee the final output and validate every visual detail.
Iterate and Optimize
- Conduct regular user testing to refine and perfect interfaces.
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously integrate improvements.
Long-Term Strategic Vision
- Develop a design roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Position Welive as a leader in digital real estate design.
Your ProfileEducation and Experience:
Diplomas? Honestly, they don’t matter much. What matters is your talent and experience in creating exceptional interfaces and engaging hooks.
