As a senior AE at Well Done, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of multiple client accounts and acting as the liaison between the client and creative teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills are key. You’ll work closely with all departments to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations. And you’ll play a pivotal role in strategic planning for your accounts, working hand-in-hand with our strategists to get our clients where they need to be to meet their goals.

When it comes to the day-to-day, we’ve embraced a hybrid office model so our employees can work from home when they want or need to. But we also love to see each other at our well-stocked, dog-friendly office in the Lockerbie Square area of downtown Indianapolis.
There’s more, of course: chili cook-offs, semi-annual volunteer days, a DEI committee, a book club for banned books, and a culture that’s best experienced firsthand—because sometimes you just have to be here to truly grasp the Well Done way.
