The Senior Manager, Strategic Revenue Growth Management Analytics is responsible for strategic RGM Analytics and leads revenue growth initiatives and analytical efforts. This role focuses on optimizing pricing, promotions, product mix, and distribution strategies to drive profitability and market share. Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify revenue growth opportunities. Effectively partners with marketing, finance, and sales to deliver results.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement RGM strategies to optimize pricing, promotional effectiveness, and product assortment aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify revenue growth opportunities
- Lead pricing strategy by analyzing competitive landscapes, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to balance profitability and share growth.
- Evaluate the ROI of promotional campaigns and provide recommendations for future optimizations.
- Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain teams to align on revenue growth objectives and initiatives. While identifying opportunities to improve current process to drive integration.
- Design and implement predictive models, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide actionable insights that support growth metrics.
- Manage and mentor a team, fostering skill development and driving high performance.
- Experience communicating the impact of business analysis results to business leaders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5-7 years in RGM, data analytics, or related roles.
- Proven track record of leading data-driven revenue growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical background, deep experience in revenue management fundamentals, pricing, promotion effectiveness, price pack architecture, mix and assortment. Solid understanding with syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen), panel data, and consumer shopper, audit data. Understanding of customer & channel dynamics (retail vs out of home vs food solution etc)
- Navigating and thriving in ambiguous environment, curious and resourcefulness in getting things done, strong problem-solving skills and a strategic thinker.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Expertise in statistical and predictive modeling techniques.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and financial performance indicators.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strategic thinker with a high degree of business acumen. Collaborative, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with the FMCGs is preferred.
- Past people management experience is preferred
The base pay range for this position is $128,501 to $179,902 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
