Well Master Corporation is hiring an Account Manager to cover the Permian Basin Territory. This position can be based anywhere in West Texas (including Midland, TX; Odessa, TX; Pecos, TX; San Angelo, TX; and Carlsbad, NM).

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Account Manager is the face of Well Master to our customers. This exciting and critical role is responsible for servicing customers in their assigned area. The Account Manager, working with the other members of the sales team, achieves assigned sales targets in line with the company vision and values. The Account Manager implements plans to service the customer base in the region and educates customers and potential customers on artificial lift solutions.

REPORTING TO: Director - US Sales

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively maintains, retains and builds customer base by developing long-term relationships and educating on the benefits of Well Master products and services
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots plunger lift issues
  • Responds to customer concerns
  • Calculates quotations and completes sales tickets
  • Utilizes Customer Relationship Management tools to record / maintain customer contact data and track customer progress
  • Travels to visit customers daily to deliver products to stock consignment inventory locations and fulfill sales orders
  • Participates in sales meetings and continuing education to strengthen product knowledge and improve sales techniques
  • Conducts cycle counts and maintains accurate inventory at all locations within assigned region.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIRED ABILITIES:

  • Professional presence and ability to connect, cultivate, and create lasting relationships with customers from a variety of backgrounds
  • Highly organized and self-directed; handles multiple projects
  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Adept communicator
  • Proficient with email and office applications; prior experience with electronic ticketing and CRM is a plus

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Oil & Gas sales experience required; Artificial lift experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of sales / account management experience
  • Willingness to travel, including scheduled overnight trips
  • Maintenance of a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record required
  • College degree preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Base Salary: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually
  • Eligible for commission and bonus pay
