Well&Nest LLC has partnered with a mid-size litigation law firm. They seek an Associate Attorney - General Liability / Professional Liability for their San Francisco office.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action
- Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior attorneys to provide legal advice
- Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings
- Communicate with partners, associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently
- Keep files organized to make sure the most recent updates are accessible to other attorneys, paralegals, and staff
Qualifications
Hybrid Schedule : 3 days in the office (San Diego), 2 days working from home
Competitive Salary Range : $150,000.00 To 190,000.00 Annually plus bonus
