Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join its team in San Francisco. The firm is seeking a professional versed in civil litigation and class action defense.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in civil litigation, particularly in employment law, wage and hour class actions, and PAGA claims.
- Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Word, Outlook, OneDrive, and various legal research platforms.
- Highly organized
- Ability to efficiently handle a demanding caseload.
- Proven background in trial preparation and courtroom support.
- Experienced with legal procedures, including motions, discovery, evidence handling, and court protocols.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, analytical thinker with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Possession of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent credential (preferred).
- Experience with insurance defense billing.
