Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful landscape areas. We have been in business for 17 years and our mission is to follow the Biblical principle of treating others the way we would want to be treated according to Matthew 7:12. We have a team of 15 crew members who are dedicated to living out this mission through our landscape services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape maintenance. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards while supervising a team of skilled workers.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly maintenance of landscape areas for residential and landscape clients including weeding, trimming, and fertilizing.
- Perform various spring clean up and mulching projects
- Perform fall clean up of landscapes, cutting back grasses and cleaning of debris.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, including plant identification and garden maintenance techniques.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
