- 1-4 years of experience rig-up and down.
- 1-4 years of experience working in water transfer.
- Properly install Hose clamps and heads.
- Prime Water pump after installation.
- Rig up & down locations with minimal to no supervision.
- Cut and Re-Head Lay flat hose.
- Properly Plug a line.
- Ability to diagnose and communicate Issues with Down Pumps and hoses.
Job Description
The Water Transfer Operator level I-III position is responsible for rigging up and field water transfer operations and will have 1-4 years of water transfer experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1- 4 years of experience rig-up and down.
- 1-4 years of experience working in water transfer.
- 2-6 years of experience working in the oilfield is preferred.
- 4 years of experience with flow meters, sensors, water pumps, etc. a plus.
- Previous work history installing and maintaining automation and sensors (level, flow, etc.), reading instruments, using hand tools, etc., helpful.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years.
- Performs work in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
- Properly install Hose clamps and heads.
- Prime Water pump after installation.
- Rig up & down locations with little to no supervision.
- Properly Plug a line.
- Level 3 - Complete HR updates and spreadsheets Via Microsoft Teams
- Level 3- Supervise and manage a 4–5-man crew on location
- Diagnose and communicate Issues with Down Pumps and Hoses.
- Complete Daily JSA’s as assigned.
- HS Diploma or GED. Associate (Preferred).
- Veterans preferred.
- Current safety certifications are a plus!
- Schedules based on work.
- Day and night shifts.
- On-call rotation
- Weekend availability
- Housing is NOT available. Must live within 45 minutes of the yard.
- Ability to lift and / or carry up to 75 pounds daily.
- Ability to walk on uneven, slippery, and muddy conditions.
- Ability to sit and / or stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours daily.
- Ability to work out of doors in all environmental conditions.
- Ability to operate and maneuver on and off an all-terrain vehicle throughout the day.
- Worker will be subject to other physical activities required, to include climbing, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, seeing, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions.
