The Village at Brookwood, located in Burlington, North Carolina, is a member of The Well•Spring Group of Greensboro, North Carolina. The Well•Spring Group is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide aging-adult services which create an experience that exceeds the needs of an evolving and diverse population of older adults. The Village at Brookwood offers a full continuum of care services for older adults, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care.
This position typically performs the following functions:
The successful candidate will be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English, be able to function as a team member. Completion of tenth grade education or above preferred.

- Fulfilling orders for our tray line service.
- Sees that all orders are served accurately.
- Has knowledge of the daily menu, portion control, and diet needs.
- Works closely with management regarding customer concerns.
- May be required to push carts on occasion.
- Assisting in dish area after meal is complete.
- Create an above average dining experience and supports exceptional customer service.
- On-site training will be provided.
