Job Summary :
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CMA, you will be responsible for administering medications to patients in a skilled nursing facility. You will work collaboratively with licensed nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents.
Responsibilities :
- Administer medications to residents in compliance with facility care plans, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
- Assist with the documentation of medication administration.
- Ensure that medication carts are properly stocked and maintained.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including toileting, grooming, dressing, and bathing.
- Help residents with mobility and transfer as needed.
- Assist with serving meals and feeding residents when required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
