Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to residents.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the care plan, policies, and procedures of the facility.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Take vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist with mobility and transfer of residents.
- Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Document care provided and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
