We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Crew Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you will oversee and actively participate in insulation installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include blowing cellulose insulation into attics, performing ladder work to seal exterior entry points, and handling various related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install cellulose insulation by operating specialized equipment to blow it into attics.
- Conduct exterior ladder work to seal entry points and deter pest intrusions.
- Safely operate an F-250 truck and tow a 24-foot trailer.
- Remove and haul trash or debris to the dump daily.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete tasks efficiently while upholding quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with insulation installation is required.
- Comfortable performing ladder work at heights.
- Proficient in driving an F-250 and towing a 24-foot trailer.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of handling job demands, including heavy lifting and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, hardworking, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
