Position Title : Senior Manager, Consultant Relations
Reporting to : Director of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships
Location : Chapel Hill, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Newton, MA; New York, NY
Compensation : Senior Manager, Consultant Relations ($130,000-$150,000), depending on qualifications, plus bonus potential and benefits
Position Summary : We are seeking a proactive, motivated Consultant Relations Associate reporting to the Director of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships, to drive the Consultant Relations strategy, optimize processes, help lead and execute meetings, and progress the development of the function across the company. This individual would work nationally across all consultant firms, ultimately helping to manage relationships across all regions, companies, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner to inform the strategic design of the Consulting Relations function at Well
- Strategize and progress Well's relationships with key leadership contacts in the consulting community to drive awareness, interest, and strong preference for Well
- Support market-facing meetings and intellectual capital, including working with the sales team to prepare for consultant meetings and responding to consultant-based RFIs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues (e.g., in Marketing, Product Management, Client Success) to ensure our goals and roadmap are informed by needs and priorities expressed by consultants and employers
