About the Position

Account Manager selling and managing multiple product lines to Drilling, Completion, and Production departments. Must have experience with Fishing Tools, Offshore P&A, and rental tools. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for revenue delivery for assigned accounts
- Responsible for selling all WIS products and services, by identifying leads, educating customers on products / services through office calls, trainings and presentations and providing assigned customers exceptional service from sale to delivery to collection
- Establish relationships with assigned accounts to promote WIS brand recognition and to identify direct and indirect sales opportunities.
- Responsible for maintaining sales information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program for assigned accounts, including customer contact information, customer organizational charts, key buyers, and sales opportunities including a forward sales forecast
- Create written account plans for maintaining current work, for encroaching on competitor's work and extending WIS reach so we have plans to sell all WIS Product Lines
- Identify and communicate potential cross-PL opportunities and under-served markets
- Create commercial quotes, request for proposals and tenders that present the value of WIS offering and the benefits to our customers
- Collaborate, communicate, and engage regularly with supervisor, other Account Representatives, Field Sales Representatives, Operations Managers, Field Service Managers, and support staff
- Resolve ticketing, billing, unsatisfactory performance, or other disputes directly with customer and within customer's organization, such as procurement, billing and accounting departments
- Ensure that customer problems are documented, responded to in a timely fashion and appropriately managed to satisfactory conclusion
- Coordinate scheduling with the service delivery organization as required
- Provide basic product / service recommendations and presentations to the client
- Understand sales programs, new product introduction, etc., within assigned sales territory
- Attend training courses to maintain knowledge of key technologies as well as competitor practices
- Lead and supports continuous improvement projects
- Develop technical knowledge through on the job training and certification classes
- Manage expenses per company policy and as a good steward, turning reports in on a timely fashion
- Comply with all Company & Regulatory HS&E & Quality and IT standards and policies.
- Handles special projects as assigned
- All other duties as assigned by Manager
