Responsibilities of the Position
Contracts
Draft, review, negotiate, analyze, and advise internal clients on various agreements associated with conducting business in the Oil Field Services industry.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with global operations, such as bids / tenders, contract performance, liability, and compliance.
- Assist in improving efficiency and reduce cycle time and risk exposure.
- Conduct legal training for internal teams to raise awareness of contractual obligations and legal risks.
Privacy and Compliance
Assist in the implementation of the Company's Global Privacy and Compliance Programs

Collaborate with internal departments including finance, sales, supply chain, and manufacturing
