Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with customers.

Answering Customer Inquiries: Providing information and support to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.

Resolving Issues and Complaints: Addressing customer concerns, finding solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.

Maintaining Customer Records: Recording details of customer interactions and actions taken.

Providing Technical Support: Helping with technical issues or troubleshooting

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the company's products and services.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including word, excel, power point
