Responsibilities
- Support teacher in the classroom with duties, curriculum, and activities
- Actively interact and have fun with the children each day
- Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic task of caring for children
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily updates
-Maintain a clean work environment
Who We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
-6 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
- Energetic, FUN, and nurturing personality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
-Must pass a background check
- Dependable, reliable, and professional always
- Strong classroom management skills
- A genuine love for teaching young children
