Essential Functions
- Manage and support patient’s healthcare needs via phone calls.
- Utilize EHRs and other online platforms for documentation.
- Coach patients on health goals and connect them with resources.
- Handle administrative tasks, including medical records and insurance reviews.
- Remote (work from home) position requiring a high-speed internet connection and a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm Pacific Time (PST).
- Must have a current Medical Assistant certification. (CMA, CCMA, RMA)
- Must reside and work in the continental US in MST or PST.
- Must have a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
- Experience in care coordination, health coaching, and motivational interviewing a plus.
- Hands-on experience and comfort with Electronic Medical Records.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
