Essential Functions
- Manage and support patient’s healthcare needs via phone calls.
- Utilize EHRs and other online platforms for documentation.
- Develop and implement care plans for physical, mental, and preventative needs.
- Coach patients on health goals and connect them with resources.
- Handle administrative tasks, including medical records and insurance reviews.
- Remote (work from home) position requiring a high-speed internet connection and a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
- Full-time, 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday days.
- $20/ hour during ramp-up period (first 2 months)
- $22/ hour post-ramp-up, plus bonus incentives
- Up to $525 monthly bonus
- Up to $1000 referral bonus
