What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outreach Representative- Connecticut/ New England position at Wellbridge Addiction Treatment and Research?
Position Summary
Plans, develops and executes strategic and comprehensive business development and marketing initiatives to support the Treatment Center’s objectives and goals, with specific focus on revenue enhancement and market share growth. Identifies, develops and manages strategic relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities for Wellbridge from initial planning to execution. Ensures that business development policies, strategies, systems, structure and approaches align with Wellbridge’s strategic priorities related to organizational growth, admissions/census goals and program development.
- Identifies, develops, maintains and leverages strategic business relationships and networking opportunities with entities including but not limited to physicians, medical/group practices, hospital’s clinics, business leaders, community-based organizations, professional organizations and government agencies, leading to new referral source relationships and name and service recognition for Wellbridge.
- Collaborates with Wellbridge's VP of Outreach to develop and implement growth initiatives.
- Establishes strong relationships with Wellbridge clinical team to understand objectives and opportunities.
- Provides leadership, guidance and assistance in planning and evaluating business and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinates special projects and events related to referral development.
- Identifies opportunities for operational improvement and/or expansion of services and implements approved enhancements.
- Complies with legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Performs related duties, as required.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare and present information on Wellbridge clinical programs.
- Knowledge of trends and best practices in healthcare administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point/Excel/Word.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Valid Unrestricted NYS Driver’s License to Company Standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field, required. Master’s Degree in clinical specialty a plus.
- 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
