Nurse Assistant Professional

Wellbrooke of Crawfordsville seeks to hire qualified professionals for the role of Nurse Assistant Professional, playing a vital part in preparing, administering, and documenting medications across our health campus.

About the Role:

• Prepares, administers, and documents all medications used across the health campus.
• Maintains resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
• Ensures that all medications brought into the health campus by new residents are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy.
• Contributes to creating a caring environment where residents feel valued and safe.
• Follows health campus policies and procedures regarding the disposal of medications.

Requirements:

1. Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide).
2. Experience as a QMA or CMA in long-term care or home care settings is advantageous.
3. High School Diploma or equivalent.
